SAVANNAH – Angela White Kohel, 52, died peacefully at home May 6, 2014 under the care of Hospice Savannah, surrounded by her son and loving family.

She was born August 29, 1961 in Savannah, Georgia. She was a graduate of Saint Vincent's Academy and resided on Tybee Island, Georgia.

Surviving are her beloved son, Daniel Wayne Kohel, her fiancé, Freddy Jackson, her siblings, Patti White Autry William, Patrick White Lisa, Margaret White Voyles, all of Savannah, Georgia and Laura White Hipp Dan of Roswell, Georgia and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jewel Hoffman White and John Patrick White, Sr. and her sister, Mary Anne White Eaton.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 PM Thursday, May 8, 2014 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Islands Chapel, with a Rosary service being held at 6 PM.

The Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Noon on Friday, May 9, 2014 at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. Monsignor P. James Costigan, Celebrant. A private burial service will be held at the Catholic Cemetery.
